Just let a short fly ball fall without anyone catching it

That was one of the worst ways to lose a game that I’ve ever seen.

And it couldn’t have happened to a better team.

ETA: appears to be a really salty Texas fan in here

The sky was white for 10-15 min. Perfect time for a pop up to outfield. Ask ULL.

Kind of crazy that both outfielders didn’t see it, not just one guy.

That's what I said. Usually one will at least see it. Neither saw it at all.

I’ve been watching college baseball for 30 years and I’ve never seen that happen in such a big moment.

I mean what was that Texas outfielder thinking. Does he really think an infielder is gonna play out that far or backup that far to catch a fly ball. That's just unreal! I mean the right outfielder was looking at the infielder as if the ball was hit short.
