I've seen McNeese play this year. You guys are legit. No BS.

I've also seen ULL play. They have more talent than the Cowboys.

Speaking for this football season, ULL > McNeese.

The NOLA Bowls have been perfect for the Cajuns due to the location and the matchup that bowl provides.

That is called good business.

Only as hard as you for flaming USM threads with the same "Hud is stealing their recruits" response.

Ask Sam Houston if they would trade places with Texas State or Texas-San Antonio.

Sam Houston gets to go to Austin and College Station and get a big payday, and then they get to play for national championships too.

Terrible comparison. ULL is having much more success than UTSA and Texas State.

I wasn't aware that I posted in more than one USM thread, please link me. If you bothered following recruiting of any school other than LSU and West Monroe, you would realize that it wasn't a flame and that it was actually happening.

Biggest try-hard on this site.

Even if those teams were bowl eligible, SHSU wouldn't trade spots, period.

They know their place. They don't have to play on Tuesday nights to get their piece of the pie.

ULL easy. Plus who would want to live in Lake Charles?

I'm sure if given the option, they would love to get the national exposure.

I'd rather live in lake charles than lafayette.

So McNeese I suppose. Shot at a national championship would be a more fun ride than just another bowl game... to me anyway.

No disrespect to ULL, they've been playing really well.. It would be cool to see them go somewhere besides Nola and see the fan support... Maybe if they proved they can travel they'd get looks from more games. Assuming the tie ins allow for it.

I know a lot of people that would choose McNeese for the exact opposite reason (i.e., they would not want to live in Lafayette).

This. McNeese would play every Tuesday if they could on ESPN.

If ULL has continued (or increased) success, there is zero chance he stays there for the long haul.

Why not? It's national exposure.
