The Pelicans made the playoffs last year and the Twolves have a great young core...they'll be very good before long.
The Browns define this category for me. It's actually impressive how consistently bad they are are. Just a total shite show organization where careers (particularly QBs) go to die.

They aren't great, but they made the playoffs last year and have a top 5 player sewn up for the next few seasons. If they hadn't gotten off to such a dreadful start, they would be on track for a playoff spot.

Flukes happen. See this year and 2013-14. Not to mention the Pels fired the coach who actually managed to get them to the playoffs and replaced him with a guy who's 20-33 right now.
