I forgot this is the season when the kickball board leaks out to the actual sports board.

Didn’t they already announce the final is in MetLife?
One of the Semis will be in the new Rams Stadium
I’m sure Soldier Field Arrowhead and JerryWorld will get games
Azteca and SkyDome as well

All games from the quarterfinals on will be in America
I believe Canada and Mexico get 1 round of 16 match each

Wasn't in the NOrth American proposal.Gonna be Dallas and Atlanta in the semis for now.
quote:
The North American bid proposed a prominent role for Atlanta, suggesting Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as sites of the semifinal matches. It also suggested that either Atlanta or Dallas could host the tournament’s international broadcast center.
While those proposals are subject to further negotiation and other U.S. cities could emerge as semifinal options -- a FIFA evaluation report also mentioned Boston and Washington as possibilities -- Atlanta’s chances appear strong. The North American bid cited “geographic location, travel distances and stadium capacity” as reasons for pitching Atlanta and Arlington as the semifinals sites.

Remember though in 94 the original Final was to be in KC. That’s why I think they will have a semi in LA

I’ll throw a $20 on Dallas.

New Orleans!!!!!
Superdome can't get the World cup finals or opening match, along with most NFL stadiums.
FIFA has a rule that a stradium must have a seating capacity of 80,000 to host the opener or the finals game of the World Cup. Right now there are only 4 NFL stadiums that could host these two games: Washington, Dallas, New York, and Green Bay. Las Vegas will have less than 80,000 capacity after built, so it won't be there.
My bet is LA. The most expensive stadium ever built in our country, luxurious from top to bottom, and it'll have a capacity of over 100,000.

I read it’s already confirmed the final will be in MetLife. I’m sure that could change but I’ll guarantee Chicago gets a couple of games. The new LA stadium would be tempting but NY is the closest to European time zones also.

Every game played will be on grass. Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, etc will all replace their fields for it

I'll bet any amount of money that Chicago will host zero games.

Can we bet on Chicago? I'd like to throw $250 down

I would love to see Columbus try and get into the Finals pitch. Columbus has been the defacto home of USA soccer for many years. Play the game with over 110k in attendance in the Horseshoe. That would be incredible!!!

48 teams.
They can put Canada in 4th seed in a group in toronto, USA 3rd seed in another group in columbus, and Mexico as 2 seed in Azteca, D.F.
Well heck, by 2025, maybe the USA can get a 2 seed pot.

They would put all 3 host nations in the 1st pot.
And again, Columbus will not host any matches.
