however, woods hasn't beaten nicholas..whereas Lance has blown both the # of wins of a grueling 20 stage/3000 mile race and the number of consecutive wins.

This award is deserved. Most of ballads even came in after the accident.
My issue with this whole Tiger Woods situation is...he has not broken any legal laws...he has broken moral laws, but nothing illegal. Hell, people like Bill Clinon and Magic Johnson have recoverd from there "transgressions." Even people like Kobe Bryant who rapped a women and Michael Jackson who was a child molester is being idolized.
This Tiger Woods thing needs to die down and the media needs to move on and leave the guy aloone...it has been way over the top!

do you follow golf at all? how about the reporters who have covered the pga and tiger over the years?
are you not aware of all the black-listing
that has been going on by tiger's tight-knit PR machine/lawyers/agents whenever someone posted the truth about shite that went on in the clubhouse or his carousing with women? even good ol squeaky clean NPR's main sports reporter was booted from access to tiger back in the 90s after writing a story about him and shredded in the media. now he's having the last laugh and i say more power to him.
tiger created this mess. now he gets to clean it up and anyone who feels 'sorry' for him is a chump.
