Soccer star and political activist Megan Rapinoe asserted this week that boys, on the basis of their gender, are not inherently better at sports than girls in a tirade against sexism in sports.
Apparently the woke soccer star has forgotten the events of April 2, 2017, when she and her teammates were demolished on the field by a team of teenage boys.

It's really just the 1, and she continues to leech off this team and drown out any other voices. The young girls on this team are actually badasses and very patriotic, but as usual the vocal minority gets all the attention.

nah, normally I’d enjoy seeing them fail miserably, however, these detestable jam rags took half of what the USMNT made in Qatar, so they damn well better have a great showing and earn some of that money.

Got laughed out of the Courtroom but the federation had to cave because of bad optics. Sad stuff. The only way that the women’s federation could show that they made “more money” was to highlight a period in which they played in 2 World Cups and only one men’s World Cup was held (the one we missed)

This is fair. Carli Lloyd said last year that the culture around the team had become toxic after the 2015 win, and that she hated playing her last few years. Hope Solo backed her up. It was pretty clear who they were talking about, and I saw no current players refute their claims.
Unfortunately, nothing is likely to change until Rapinoe retires.

so, If the 2023 prize money stays the same, the USMNT and USWNT would each stand to make $1.8MM if the women’s team wins again this year (with the remaining 10% awarded to the

There are soccer players from Canada, Sweden and England that come over to the US to study at various small colleges along the east coast. But the real reason is to train via "America way" for soccer.
One of my kiddos is a consultant--- goalie consultant.
The last world cup in France and the team she was a "consultant " for was Sweden.
Sweden beat Germany in the semifinals
