Will we finally get a close playoff game tomorrow?

0 for 5 so far. Expanded playoff is an epic fail to this point.

This was pretty predictable. There were routinely bad games in the 4 team playoff.

Agreed. The non-playoff games have been much more exciting than the CFP.

The powers that be have to hate the crappy ratings, although Boise hung around longer than I had expected before the wheels came off.

Ohio State / Oregon is like Abba Zabba - our only friend.

Yes. Tomorrow will be the best games of the playoffs. All three games will be competitive and there will be a surprise winner in one of them.

OSU / Oregon and Notre Dame / Georgia are ineligible for a "surprise winner" as they are both coin flip games.

So you are on record as stating ASU upsets Tejas

Tonight’s game was much closer than the final score. Boise apparently needs a kicker.

Georgia and Notre Dame is likely close, largely due to Georgia not having their starting QB.

Oregon and Ohio State should be a shootout and game of the year candidate unless one team just inexplicably plays like shite.

Texas should walk through Arizona State.

Georgia v Notre Dame and Oregon v Ohio State should be awesome. If they don’t deliver on the field you can’t play the results. Everyone would be thrilled to see these games scheduled on the same Saturday in October

Yeah that would be the only surprise.

Texas will roll early and make people roll their eyes….

We then get the 2 best games of the playoff so far and people will be tuning in!!

Oregon and Ohio state in the Rose will be an epic game!

I think ND and Georgia will be ugly and a slug fest but will result in some drama till the end.

I think ASU will be very frisky against Texas. I have Texas winning 31-24 in my model.

Texas has struggled to run away from lesser opponents this season. I think ASU is within striking distance late in the game and at that point anything can happen.

Penn St was never truly in danger of losing that game. It wasn't a sleeper but it was not a barn-burner either.

The game with the most public money bet on it will have an unexpected outcome imo
