i'm happy for you that they have won so much. you seem to take great pride in it. you asked a question and people gave you their opinions on the matter. not sure why you are so defensive over it but to each their own.

Played @ Iowa my junior year in the playoffs for football back in 2003. It was a cool town with a great environment for football. Seemed like one of those cool small towns that shuts everything down for Friday nights

Ah. Thought this op was comparing some random school in Iowa. Funny. All good. Small towns can have great sports programs. Georgians to have some where I used to live. Could never believe how they would hang with everyone.

No, Iowa would beat them in both boys and girls basketball now, also in football. Softball both usually good, baseball same now,.

Iowa is the new Moss Bluff. Good schools and cheap. Close to LC. That's why it's grown so much (and why it would have an increase in sports talent)
