Why is everyone acting like Bama is in ?

Wash & Texas are in.
If Michigan wins they are a lock.
If FSU wins they could easily take FSU and tell Bama "Well, I guess you should have beat Texas AT HOME".

Because they are. If it's about the best teams, Alabama is one of the 4 best (possibly the best right now) teams.

They’re the SEC champ. We can’t act like the SEC isn’t the premier conference then say “oh well they went undefeated in SEC play but they shouldn’t get in”

If this is the case, then the CFP should just be the SEC winner and 3 at large bids. Just be honest about things

The premiere conference's "undefeated in SEC play" champ should've gone undefeated out of conference, too.

They can say best all they want, but at the end of the day it is still a mixture of best and deserving IMO. Otherwise Bama would never be left out.
If FSU wins they aren't getting left out as an undefeated P5 conference champ.
Bama has no reason to get in over Texas who beat them at their place by multiple scores. Spare me the it was week 2 and Bama is better now. Guess what? Other teams improve as well. Texas is better now as well. They dominated their championship game today.
Texas has something nobody else can say and that's they beat the SEC champ by multiple scores. What are we even doing here? That game has to matter. It's the exact thing you can use to compare both teams.
That has to matter. Texas being left out would have more of a complaint than Bama being left out.
