Why didn’t Deion build the CU roster from HBCUs?

Deion left a HBCU to go to CU.
Deion pulled his kids from the HBCU.
Deion pulled his best players from Jackson State to bring to CU and left behind others he recruited and committed too.
Deion did not pull the majority of his roster or really anyone from HBCUs to CU.
Then criticized the NFL for not drafting from HBCUs.
Considering a large majority of NFL player are black and of those drafted are black. Racism isn’t the reason.
It’s clearly the talent gap and Deion recognized the same thing which is why he left and did not really recruit from HBCU’s for his team at CU.
Why throw shade at the NFL for doing the same thing he has done.

I wouldn't get too worked up over anything Deion Sanders says. Just because the news is reporting it, doesn't mean its important.

There was talk of racism bc the nfl wasn't drafting from hbcu's? Not surprising but did anyone actually believe this,

Yeah pretty shitty to play champion of HBCUs when he left, took all the good players, and shite on the university and town while leaving.

Because the hbcu kids would have destroyed boulder

Because he's another disingenuous race hustler.
I don't have respect for anyone who brings race into everything, but those who actually believe the words coming out of their mouths can at least say that they are consistent.
Deion sits there making all this noise about bringing accountability, but makes a hypocrite of himself on the, I guess, "disrespected" HBCU narrative. I don't have a problem with him leaving for a D1 job. But you can't do that and then complain that other people don't want what you walked away from.
Like you said, almost everyone in the NFL is black. So what's his point? He doesn't have one. It's just more fake virtue signaling.

Well to be fair he did have to deal with Jackson being a pile of shite city and stealing his things.

I believe Deion’s in for a rude awakening this year.

Race Hustler is like a Sims 4 job, you just keep trying to get promoted

Wouldn’t you leave too for the pay difference and to feel like you were promoted?
Wouldn’t expect any other coach to stay in Deion’s situation

You've missed the point, friend. No one blames him for leaving fora better job. It's that he left for a better job, but pretends not to understand why the NFL wants better players. IF HBCU's had NFL talent everywhere, they would be desirable jobs. Clearly, no one is passing on those players because they are black, because most players taken are black. So what is Deion mad about? I think he knows better, but lacks the integrity to admit it, so he virtue signals instead.

That was a brutal exodus that Dion just executed. The portal was nothing more than an execution device for Colorado players. So distastefully done that even some of the better players told Sanders to stick it. Hard to wish anything good for the program.

Seems like he's more focused on getting transfers from FSU than HBCUs
