Andre the Giant is the wild card here. I think a well-trained fighter could dance around and score shots against a 500 pound monster, but I guess it's possible Andre could get his paws on the fighter and just lay on him... Then what?

I think I'd go with Tyson.
While I think Jones would frick any of them up in a 1-1 fight, he doesn't have that crazy 1 punch knockout power that I think would be necessary at the beginning of the fight.

Andre was big and strong but still human. A couple of good hits square to the jaw by Tyson or Ali and he's out. That or one of the smaller martial arts guys sneaks up and locks in a decent enough sleeper hold.

with that many people, you better have the beef and fighting ability. And both are big muthas, strong muthers, and can take a punishment. Also, add in the wind span of andre, he can keep guys at a distance.
those lighter weight boxers are fricked when it comes to grappling, which will happen in a 10 man event
Karate guys are also fricked, because it's not going to be an open, no boundaries fight, shite will be in a ring, they will get backed into rope/fence/etc.
