Not in 2015:

Pelicans @ Heat
Bulls @ Thunder
Cavs @ Warriors
Spurs @ Rockets
Clippers @ Lakers

It was the only time in the past 10 years that the Knicks didn't play on Christmas day.

Lakers vs Pels
Clips vs 76ers (Kawhi vs Embiid)
Knicks vs Nets (feels like Knicks always on Christmas)
Rockets vs Mavs (New look Mavs on primetime against Harden)
Nuggets vs Blazers (One of the better if not best playoff series from the year before)

This sounds like a fun matchup with CJ/Dame v Steph/D'Lo

There are legitimately dumb people in this thread including you.

ADs return to NOLA is NBA soap opera heaven.

The clippers beating out the Lakers for Kawhi is a fun story and all, but you’re talking a year long story in the making. Lest us not forget the two shitstorms these franchises created for each other last year.

If Zion wasn’t here, y’all would probably be right about no one giving a shite. But he changes the whole dynamic.

ETA: FWIW, I think the Davis return will get burned much earlier in the year...and it will be Lakers/Clippers on XMas.

Slim chance KD would be back by then, not sure about Klay either.

Maybe by Christmas 2020. There's no way KD is back from an achilles tear and on an NBA court in barely 6 months.

Klay won't be back by Christmas either. Returning after the all star break is more likely. GSW has no reason to rush him back in 6 months from an ACL tear and risk re-injury because they brought him back too soon. And GSW's training staff is going to be extra cautious because they already got enough flak for clearing KD to return from his "calf" injury, only to see him tear his achilles the first game back. Can you imagine how much the team will be ripped in the media if they bring Klay back too early and he re-injures his knee?

Would be must see TV.

If the league wants the Clippers to play on Christmas, having the Raptors go to LA would be a good matchup.
