Those teams were all-time bad and didn't improve after CWJ left. Fact is that he is the primary playcaller, not Kiffin.

It's amazing, once he was gone from OC, and a new HC and OC was brought in, USF went from pedestrian to having a QB, who finished the season 7th in the FBS in total offense, but they didnt improve when he left. lol
And then the 2nd year with no weis jr, they moved the ball yet again.
weird how they didnt do much after he left.

An SEC job, minus Vandy is better than Virginia. If he wants to stay some where, beating on average teams and getting walked by good teams for less cash, stay at Virginia. He wants to build to compete with best, so car is easy choice. stability, less cash, padding w totals, stay He's making nearly half of what Beamer is making, and isn't getting into the 8-10mil bracket at Virginia.
Virginia will not match what So Carolina can offer, in any aspect.
