I mean, Billick won a SB with Trent Dilfer and managed to go 80-64 while basically never having a decent QB. Tony Banks, Kyle Boller, Dilfer, Anthony Wright, Stoney Case, Chris Redman, Jeff Blake, Elvis Grbac, and the sad remains of Steve McNair are all he had the work with.

Don McCafferty basically rode Shula's coattails to a Super Bowl with the Colts, and got worse very year. He died at an early age.

I hope you’re not employed. No one needs to be paying someone this dumb to do anything

I'd argue Brian Billick, Gary Kubiak, Jon Gruden, Barry Switzer, and Don McCafferty.

I'd say Billick did pretty well with what he had to work with.

He's a tough one. He won with Tony Dungy's Bucs, but he beat the Raider's team that he built. And it also seemed like he was building something with the Raiders again this year, but now that his coaching career is over, we'll never know

McCaffery with the Colts is the winner
Then a close 2nd is Kubiak
then 3rd is most likely Billick

The answer to this question SHOULD be Dan Quinn.

I pull for the raiders and bucs and follow them closely .When Gruden let Khalil Mack go it was the last straw . He is an absolute idiot . Take away his email and texting ?

Mike McCarthy is not a bad coach. Never has been. He got sideways with Aaron Rodgers, big deal, he’s fine.

Switzer, Ditka, Gruden.
