The five pointed blue star is, simple, iconic and internationally known.
Many people believe each point of the star represents each playoff victory over the last 25 years, but that is false. The Cowboys are 3-10 in the playoffs since 1997.

Are you referring to the official logo or the hat insignia?
I ask because others are conflating the two further down the thread when it comes to baseball (not just the Yankees).
