Pels because they're the local team. Been a fan since the Hornets first got here, before that I didn't really have an NBA team but would tune in to watch Shaq whether he was on the Magic or Lakers, but I didn't really have an allegiance to either team I just liked Shaq for the LSU connection.

I kinda rooted for the Celtics as a teenager because Larry Bird was awesome. I rooted for the Knicks when Carmelo was there. But mostly I don't really root for any NBA team because frick 'em.

pels. I followed the hornets half arse, then moved to Dallas. mavs were fun, got to go to a couple playoff games, but I really never cared. moved back to new orleans last year and started going to pels games all the time. watched the pels 12 grow first hand and just absolutely fell in love with how much this city rallied around this team. never been a part of anything this cool sportswise. this sunday is going to be insane.
