Pels is one of the worst even if they had a star studded roster.

Let's hear all about this. Explain your reasoning.

You miss the part where Al Horford’s corpse is making big money the next few seasons?

76rs easy. Good big man, though he needs to stop trying to be a guard. good foward in Harris and Simmons at whatever the hell position they play him. New Orleans has a point guard with a broken shot. Zion will not stay healthy due to his build and even if he does, his fundamentals are awful. Brandon Ingram is trash vs good teams.

This isn't hard, even with the caveats.

You have one of the premiere basketball cities of the NBA on one hand, and New Orleans on the other.

You have Two legit Top 20 type players, on day 1, versus one that might be one some day soon.

Yes, Philly still has to pay the bloated corpses of Al Horford and Tobias Harris a boatload of money. Yes, they still have to figure out how to either motivate Embiid or to teach Simmons how to shoot the ball to make it a crunch time contender. Yes, New Orleans has some nice assets and has set itself up for a potential run, but that's fraught with its own perils.

You take the 76ers job. Start out ahead, and figure it out from there.

I’ll give you Embiid, but who’s the other one?

Coaches really don't care about this one too much at all. In fact New Orleans having a weak media and not caring all that much gives them much, much more time to get it right with very low expectations.

Your other points are noted but that one is just not really a factor.

Shocking firing. Didn’t see that one considering they just extended him. That’s a good job imo.

Oladipo is getting traded and there's been whispers about Sabonis getting moved too. New coach better make sure on that before they take over.

He pretty much dominated in the 19 games he played.

Zach Lowe said the Pelicans. Specifically talked down the 76ers job.
People here are discounting the relative blank slate the job offers and the lack of pressure. Of course, the 76ers are closer to a title but they're also closer to getting you fired because you didn't get out the 2nd rd two years in a row. The way the roster is constructed they are not a serious title contender but that's what will be expected because you have 2 superstars.

Nets is probably the premier job although I probably wouldn’t want to coach Kyrie.
lol Kyrie is a coach killer and always injured. Durant is danaged goods. Nets are probably the worst job, sky high expectations without the firepower to back it up
