This is just his last 24 months
• Demanded a contract extension
• Held in at 2024 training camp
• Unfollowed the 49ers and scrubbed his social media
• Said he didn't want drama in getting an extension done
• Posted cryptic Instagram stories
• Wore red shorts at a workout when everyone was supposed to be wearing black shorts
• Threw a tantrum over the shorts incident
• Said he wanted to remain a 49er
• Requested a trade
• The 49ers gave him permission to seek a trade
• The 49ers were in talks to trade Aiyuk to the Browns, Patriots, or Steelers
• Aiyuk refused to go to the Browns or Patriots
• Posted a face swap of him and Mike Tomlin
• Was nearly traded to the Steelers before signing a 4 year $120 million extension at the 11th hour
• Looked out of shape for the first few games of the 2024 season
• Tore his ACL, MCL, and meniscus
• Placed on PUP to start 2025 training camp

Add to the list that he blamed his (fired) agent for him being in this situation he's in now, not taking responsibility for all the intentional harm he has caused in this situation.

Pat’s were desperately trying to trade a first and some change and give him a record breaking contract like 2 years ago and he refused to be traded there, better lucky than good in NFL front office work

I have a hard time believing Jayden would ever say something like that. I mean I’ve been fooled on people before but Jayden seems like way too good of a person and teammate for that. Unless Aiyuk said something initially to royally piss Jayden off to cause him to say that.

There was a video of someone yelling at Jayden that they shouldn’t sign Ayuik bc he’s crazy. Jayden is seen laughing in the clip
Ayuik responded “what you laughing at” and a bunch of other stuff like that, said he’s his QB now so he needs to defend him basically

They are super close so some are saying they are just doing some trolling together so we’ll see. If he wants to get released he just needs to show up to the facility at the 49ers and force the issue, so it begs the question how much he really wants to be released currently. Feel like he may be trying to skip out on camp and sign with the commanders as late as possible. Not sure if he’s burned that bridge yet or not, but it’s certainly his last one left

John Lynch was pretty blunt earlier in the year saying they wanted nothing to do with this guy. I wondered what in the world happened.
