He's top 5 or top 10 for sure.

Also lol at Brady or any other NFL player on a list like this.

He is definitely more famous in the world than Brady and Tiger

Brady, yes. Tiger? come on, man! Seriously? Tiger’s earned over a billion dollars. Hamilton’s probably $250 million. Nobody is on Michael Jordan’s level, but Tiger is close. Third is way distant behind them. He’s not in the same stratosphere as Tiger. He’s probably not even on the same level as Messi (earning $110 million per year) or Ronaldo (earning $125 million per year). I realize money is not everything, but soccer is far far more popular than F1 in the entire world. Hamilton is great, but he’s not near the most famous athlete.

Best Brady could do was get Danny Ric to catch a pass in Monaco. Danny is about 5th most popular driver right now.

None of the other athletes on these lists could do what he does from a physical and mental standpoint without incredible training and experience and even then probably not.

Brady is probably the most famous NFL player ever and he’s probably not even in the top 10 most famous athletes in the world right now. Even in Brazil where his wife is from, he’s more commonly know as her husband.

The NFL is almost entirely in the US. It has following in other countries but it’s not very large. When you say “the world” a lot of that are places like India, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nigeria, Ethiopia, etc. Those places might know some American athletes (NBA guys, maybe Woods) but it’s mostly going to be soccer stars among some other sports. But American football is not even remotely close.

I am not a Hamilton fan, but to suggest he is not an athlete is comical. His core has to balance him while he is pushing 6 g’s for significant portions of nearly two hours. The average heart rate is between 150-170 BPM for nearly two hours. In less than two hours the average driver loses between 5 and 10 pounds of weight, which is a significant portion of their body weight because until recently drivers had to keep low body weights. Hamilton is shredded, very flexible and in remarkable condition from a cardio standpoint, just like the other 19 drivers on the grid.

F1 has 1.5 billion viewers worldwide

Not a chance. That’s about 1/5 of the entire planet. Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. The last World Cup final drew significantly less than that. That number isn’t reality

Top 5 has to be recognized by people not fans of the sport, house wives, and grade school kids. Hamilton is not Top 5.
