Top 3? Greatest ever? He has certainly done a lot with less talent. Rebuilt the program a few times with different personnel....
IF New England wins the Super Bowl this year, its going to be tough to argue it.

We are witnessing the most dominant coaches in the NBA, NFL and NCAA ever. In this age of parity and competition across the board, what BB, Pop, and Saban are doing is just gross. These coaches transcend motivation. Getting to play for them is motivation enough. It's really incredible. We are talking unheard of accomplishments at the same place for 1-2 decades now.

GOAT
I like how he is able to take problem children and get them to STFU and produce for a window in time.

Without Brady I'm not sure how successful Belichick would have been.

I mean, you can pretty much say that about every great pro coach and a player or two.

I don't rate BB an innovator on the level of Paul Brown or even Walsh w/the WCO. But when you consider his staying ultra-competitive in an age of free agency making personnel changes more frequent, it's hard not to rank him #1.

They were winning games with Jacoby Brissette.
I would argue that Brady would not be as successful without Belichick
