I feel bad for the seniors. Also kids who live in rough neighborhoods and football keeps them out of trouble. There will be many kids who have their junior baseball season taken away and their senior football season taken away

I think they will have high school sports this fall. Don’t know if they flip flop and it’s going to be baseball or if it will be football.

I thought Bonine said they weren't even thinking about that option.

last resort option, but schools and school systems going 100% online will very likely not be playing any sports if that is there plan. So if football is played participation from schools/systems may be down to 75%.

I think they are gonna play as of now, but after tennessee pushed start of season back yesterday more may follow.

also just like in the spring, the LHSAA may want to play, but the governor, state, city or parish may balk -

I could see LA high schools playing with a few caveats

Teams get temperature checks on the morning of every game

Kids wear those plastic shields on their helmet

Every kid gets his own water bottle

The LHSAA announces that every team will be in the playoffs if they want, so they have flexibility if they have to start canceling games. It would require the 32 team brackets to expand to 64, and we’d have 9 regular season weeks. No division or class has over 64 teams.

The Dome and the LHSAA agree to push back the state championships to the end of December if needed
