How long did he last in the NFL? It seems like he was gone as fast as he came. I remember all the hooplah surrounding him but was he actually good? Was it a little too early for a homo to come out back then?

NFL wanted an out gay to be drafted so he was the one.

Wasn't he SEC defensive player of the year? And went 7th round?

Politics in that as well?

NFL is (even though they won't admit it) a meritocracy. If you're great, you'll be on a team and you'll start. Michael Sam isn't on an NFL roster because he's not good enough to be worth the distraction. You can apply the same logic to Kaep. He was a flash in the pan that defensive coordinators figured out, he got benched, then decided to become a whore for "social justice" to keep himself relevant. If he was really that good of a QB, he'd be in training camp right now.

It happens dude . Higher picks than Sam have washed out of the NFL. Sam was the SEC Defensive player of the year in supposedly the greatest / toughest college football conference ever.

Keep your homo phobia in check.

He wasn’t that good and no one wanted the circus or the potential locker room issue. I will be interested to see how long the guy who just came out lasts with the raiders. Nassib I think?

He still lives in Dallas.

I saw him at Christie’s on Greenville over the opening weekend of March madness. Have other friends who have mentioned seeing him out and about pretty regularly.

Seems to be enjoying life. We spoke for several minutes at the bar during the tournament. Seemed a personable enough type of guy.

They drafted him to virtue signal. He was a better cocksucker than he was a linebacker.

Has that ever happened to another Conference?

Where their best player gets drafted in the 7th round and is out the league immediately.

Why was he so dominant in the SEC but couldn't carry a cup of coffee in the NFL? Methinks the defenses weren't all they were cracked up to be.

If I recall correctly he racked up a lot of sacks in nonconference rent a wins and in like one SEC game against a bad team. He didn’t do anything against the good teams, but his overall stats looked good.

You must be right because it doesn't make any sense.

And the draft was weird, they acted like he would be a charity case but touted his SEC accomplishments. Everyone was like, this is the SEC, what's going on here...Why would he be flier?
