bro i've played ball with you many times

you would be the unquestioned GOAT women's player with a universe b/w you and the #2

those games we used to run at the church could probably make the WNBA playoffs (somelineups would win)

and they were dirty
in the league I played in 2 months ago, the team was like 3 girls who played college bball including the tall one that I dominated

they were so dirty, elbowing, chickenwinging and everything. refs(it's a social league) just didn't have the experience/knowledge to look for that.

the way I took it was if they had to cheat for us ONLY to beat them by 10 instead of 20, whatever helps you sleep at nice sweetheart

AAU teams could easily beat them. Maybe as low as the jr. high level. UCONN doesn't have world beaters on the court. They haven't even had a top 5 recruiting class in the last 2 or 3 years. Their last class was ranked 17th I believe. They're just coached very well, something that doesn't exist all that much in college women's bball. Plenty of high school teams could beat them. With having said that, LSU's men's team could not beat them. I'd give UCONN a -7 spread over LSU, realistically.

If a men's HS team pressed them I'm not sure they'd ever cross half court. The length of the men's team would overwhelm them.

We had a pretty good set of guys who played at the church. I miss that. I really enjoyed playing over there.

that's why i went all the way down to a 7-8 grade AAU team

i still think an elite one would win. that's about age when those kids start to play above the rim and build muscle at that point the girls have no shot at all

A 15u AAU team is comprised of 8th graders who are old for their grade depending on when their date of birth falls or were held back and 9th graders. Think about this lineup Sports Academy rolled out years ago. Glen Davis, Garrett Temple, Tasmin Mitchell, Early Doucet, Tyrus Thomas. Those 5 at 15/16 years old would absolutely destroy any WNBA team much less the best college team

LSU would beat them probably by 100. I would say you could take the worst D1 team and beat them by 100, but LSU isn't the worst D1.....are they?

ha, I was playing a pickup game in Broussard a couple yrs ago, and there was this woman who is the sister of a buddy of mine. She's about 6-2, and played at northwestern or something. She thought she was going to show me something and tried to get physical. One time she tried to post me up and shoved her body into mine to try and get physical. I let her push me back and get her shot off, as I laughed running back up the floor. The next time she tried that, I put my weight back on her and she just bounced off. She didn't score again, nor did she try to post me up again.

I posted her up a couple times and when I backed her down, I felt like I was pushing a child. She had no strength to stop a man.

You just said AAU teams could easily beat them. What do you think LSU's roster was doing during their summers in HS? UConn has no shot vs any D-I team.

The better question is does UConn ever get cocky enough to attempt some sort of exhibition against a men's team?

yeah they couldn't stop ME from posting up

i mean you could throw me around like a rag doll on occassion, so i'm not going to talk shite about that...but me? i was crafty in the post and not powerful at all. i was just there mainly to get my sneaky offensive rebounds (which i could never get if you were my opponent, lol)

probably not even a D3 team

seriously if you have a moderately good/athletic 6-2-ish guy he'll dominate any woman player. those guys exist in D3 for sure

I'm not saying they can't based on talent. I just think it probably needs to be toned down to top 5-10 because UConn's women are incredibly coached. That's why they are dominant. Geno can coach. Pat Summit had that ability as well. Right now in women's basketball coaching, Geno has no competition - that's why we are seeing 100+ straight wins.

Do you think you could put up 15/15 against UConn right now?
