What Happens First: NBA in Seattle or NFL in St Louis?

I don't know if it's been asked for awhile but here goes. Seems like there's a lot of harmony in both leagues, except for maybe Jacksonville. Their playoff run might have staved some of the moving talk a little while though.
I know the Kings were kinda iffy but they locked in to Sac for a while.
Who gets a team first? Seattle Basketball or St Louis Football?

Didn’t Seattle just build a new arena?
Plus Silver said an NBA expansion is inevitable

I'm still waiting for the NFL to come to Cleveland.

The Sonics leaving Seattle was a travesty so I hope it's Seattle.
Nobody cares about St. Louis. Their stadium is a dump and would need to be replaced before anything. Expansion into Canada is more likely to happen first.

Seattle easily.
They already approved the area site at the metro council.

well this is just a dumb reason.
kroenke, a business douche through and through just saw a way to make a shite ton more money. Cant fault someone for wanting to make more money. I 100% fault him/NFL for how he/they did it. He purposely tanked the organization in st Louis to help make the move possible. Had he not done so, he would have had 0 ground in moving it. Why would he have zero chance of moving it? Because it was doing too well to move a franchise at the time. I dont think NFL will ever return to st louis, because Stan made it too toxic here. St louis didnt fail the rams, the rams(NFL) failed St Louis.

I have nothing against St Louis having an NFL team again, but bring back the Seattle Supersonics!

Is St. Louis that big of a market to have three professional franchises?

STL is a very weird city imo. With that being said, it is one of the top 25 tv markets in the country.

StL has no problem with packing the Cardinals and Blues, and had no problem with Rams attendance until historically bad seasons, where looking back was done intentionally.
I say this as someone that is a Niners fan and hates the Rams. However, I do like the game selections on television better now that they are gone.

ya tv market is top 20, plus cardinals(football's only threat) doesnt really overlap with football season.

No.
The city is preparing to redevelop KeyArena (which was initially built at the same time as the Space Needle for the 1962 World's Fair and is thus 56 years old) into an NBA and NHL ready venue. The redevelopment will preserve the arena's iconic roof, which the city planned to submit for municipal landmark status. The arena's seating bowl will be lowered 15 feet within the existing roof structure.
Construction should be complete in time for the 2020 season.
The NHL has already given Seattle approval to submit an application for an expansion franchise in Seattle.
