Those two were the key to the Twins decent run they had through the mid-00's. Mauer had three consecutive seasons with 30+ HRs then it seemed like he just disappeared as quickly as he came on.
Mauer had a great career, he just stopped hitting home runs and he played on bad teams that got no national attention.

There are some startling bad takes in this thread. Perhaps none worse than Lincecum. He is one of only two pitchers in MLB history to win multiple World Series Championships, win multiple Cy Young Awards, throw multiple no hitters and be elected to multiple All Star games. The other is Sandy Koufax. I suppose one could say that his career derailed after an injury 9 years later, but jeez, derailed badly?
He had longer sustained success than many of the guys listed here, but he completely fell off the map.

Lincecum is not making the HOF

I'm going to go fairly to severely old school here.
Randy Jones
Mark Davis
John Montefusco
Cesar Cedeno (good career but four or five years into it he was being labeled the next Willie Mays and he ended up playing about 20 years and has never sniffed the Hall of Fame)
Bobby Bonds(another member of the "next Willie Mays" club)
Bobby Murcer (member of the "next Mickey Mantle" club)
Tony Oliva
Steve Busby (the pre-Tommy John era has a list of pitchers who could be on this list longer than a line at the DMV)
Herb Score
Albert Belle
Ewell Blackwell

Mark Prior
Kerry Wood
That early 00's Cubs rotation was one of the GOATs.

Tony Oliva had a couple of bad knee injuries, but had a couple of batting titles before he had to give it up.

I really wanna say Adam Wainwright.
Bulldozed as a reliever in the playoffs as a rookie en-route to helping clinch a WS title.
4 top 3 finishes in CYA and likely would have at least one, or two, if not a split vote one year with Carpenter and Kershaw and Lincecum years.
Had a 1.61 ERA in 4 starts in 2015 before he blew out his Achilles stumbling out of the box.
Never been close to the same pitcher since. That LE injury just robbed him of speed on his fastball and his pitches had considerably less bite.
Would he have kept up the pace had he not gotten injured in 15? I dunno. But between COVID and the Achilles I think he lost about 50 potential wins which would put him around 218 in his career at this point.
I mean...
His peripheral numbers prior to 15 were getting better. He had a streak of 19, 20, 14, 19, 20 win seasons with 19 CG at the time. You could argue he was the best RhP in the NL during that time.

Damon Martinez at 22 he went 20-9 with a 2.92 ERA over 234 innings, the following season he went 17-13 with a 3.27 ERA over 220 innings
After that is was mostly average to below-average seasons for the guy but he managed 14 seasons and was retired by 33

Lots of Marlins on this list. Seems to be a reoccurring theme in the franchise.
