Imagine voting for SGA over Wemby. How can anyone argue this entire era of OKC basketball hasn't been fake/artificial when you see how the league bent over backwards to force an all time loser like SGA over Wemby

eh, I can't count the NBA Cup against Wemby.
He was obviously still hurt. Came off the bench in both games. And apparently his grandma died the day before the game and he said his heart wasn't in it...
I do think the Knicks match up very well against the Spurs, tho so I hope it is a great series.
I am probably pulling for the Knicks just for Hart and Jose.

Voters thought Jokic was more impressive than Wemby. SGA backed up his repeat MVP award. The stats don’t lie; and you can’t mention the postseason being a reason for not being MVP. It’s a regular season accomplishment. MVP well deserved.
And you have no room to talk being a Lakers fan. The NBA bows down to the King of Flops, Tears, and Load Management. Whatever LeBron wants, LeBron gets. Other than the 2016 title, what has LeBron accomplished on his own while carrying the team? Two super team titles and a bubble no fans allowed title. Sorry, but that doesn’t impress at all.
