If a doctor tried to touch my butthole during a physical when I was in college I'd definitely ask what the frick are you doing loud enough to stop it.

This was standard protocol for my physicals at work in 1988. There are problems that can be found from the rectal exam that a PSA test may miss.
Just cause they didn’t like it, doesn’t mean it is sexual assault. This sounds like players looking to make a buck and piggybacking off the MSU gymnastics case.
