Eric Johnson has Miami outside the top 25
Jon Wilner has Ole Miss two spots ahead of...Florida?
I know the AP poll means nothing, but it's still shocking to me that people that cover sports for a living are willing to put in print how little they know about a sport

Luckily the AP poll doesn’t matter when the CFP comes out, but a lot of these people don’t deserve a vote

Many journalists are actually retarded and know nothing about what they cover.

I forget which dweeb it was, but one that only dropped OM a couple spots while still having Florida at 15 was defending his vote on X saying that he had Florida at 25 and he couldn't move them up more than 10 spots. He also said that OM beat LSU so to him that makes them a top 10 team regardless of the fact that they got run off the field the very next week.
People find absurd ballots every week and you have to think it was someone who just fricked up their ballot submission or for whatever reason REALLY didn't pay attention to that week's games or whatever. Then that voter inevitably goes to twitter and deploys the flimsiest most non-sensical explanation of all time to justify it. Like people thought you made a mistake and then you go on X and let everyone know that you didn't make a mistake, you're just incredibly retarded.

The AP poll is a joke. There's no reason Tennessee should be ranked so high, Kentucky shouldn't be ranked, and Missouri shouldn't be top 25 either.

I think Tennessee is too low considering that they only lost to the #1 team by 3 in a game where their starting QB missed some series.
Seems to me that the playoff rankings have had an impact on the polls. In the past a lot more voters would have probably not wanted to move Florida up that far. Rankings will never be perfect but overall there seems to more merit based voting today than in the old days.

clicked on UGA's section. Our lowest ranking is #8 by, not surprisingly, a big 10 guy from Ohio. Not only does he have UGA 8th, he has Florida at 2 and Iowa at 5

I love a great quality loss!
They've been an FCS school, a shite CUSA school, and a bad GA Tech team.
It's not like they were so good last season that they deserved to be top 25 preseason, they lost to every ranked team they played and lost their bowl.
It's a great example of the AP self-fulfilling SEC prophecy.

My answer on all of these is normally Haley Sawyer, but hers doesn’t look as bad this week.
Eric Johnson’s looks like an accident considering he had Miami 7 a week ago, but you still gotta double and triple check thing.
Having Florida ranked below Ole Miss is comical.
Stephen Means’ was probably the worst to me overall.
The worst mistake to me was the guy that had Penn St at 19 and had Wisconsin unranked.
