85 today. 44-41 with one mammoth Ryno bomb to the tune of 360 yards.

Par 4 12th hole playing downwind and I was 5 yards short of the green chipping with a SW.

$38 is the twilight fee for the weekend, it's normally $50 for non-seniors on the weekend

Didnt read thru to the cart charges. Most courses around here dont offer up their walking rate, I'm sure you know why

Good question my friend. I'm not sure. But locally...CCL, BRCC, and Uclub.

It's a tough road to hoe, but I'm willing to give it all I have. If we get to 400, it cash flows. It's super positive. Thus far, the response has been positive.

No, I know some if not all pros get a cut off of cart rentals, and some dont really want everyone knowing exactly how much that is (not stealing or anything, just dont want the whole world to know what they make)

And obviously they would rather people ride carts so discouraging walking is in their best interest, not that anyone cares to walk now anyway

BP. Limit it to 400 members only. It can cash flow at that level. We want it private, but also want it to be available to the 400 members when they want it.

Also, by limiting to 400, it will create a wait list for potential members. Thus, giving the original investors a chance to get their original investment back if they want out.
