i asked for an appraisal of what the course was worth and it really caught the person asking for my investment off guard. I dont think it is worth close to 2.6 mil

Property is only worth what you can charge for breaking it up into residential lots with the proper infrastructure

If it appraised for 3.2, why can't they get capital to keep it going? Seems like a 600k capital loan plus operating cash could have maybe turned it around

Business plan will be released soon. It's going to be an uphill battle to get enough support. But if we get to 400 members...it will be a lock solid private club.

Or I should say at one point Ellendale had around 500, but I don't know who they are. You would think the course would be jammed up with that many, but every time I go there might be 20 people on the course
