I had a friend who played some mini-tours around Orlando and worked in a few pro-shops and he said the rumors back then were that TW's irons were really Mizuno's that were either re-branded by Nike or straight up copied. That didn't make sense to me though, didn't he play Titleist before Nike? And if my nobody friend had heard this rumor, surely someone from Mizuno had heard it too and would have blown the roof off this sham?

Who knows. Yeah, I thought Nike just ripped off the Titleist irons he was hitting. They look almost identical. The blades, cavities, and mb's all are virtually the same. Some exterior, cosmetic differences. BPro says the Nike blades are a little smaller, but shite...so much of this stuff is getting knocked off, what's the difference?

Morning, golf queens.
Looks like I am playing at Red Tail Golf Club near Boston on Monday. Its $40 to rent clubs there, so I am still pondering whether or not to take my clubs... United charges $25 to check a bag, so both ways is $50 as long as I can carry all my shite in my carry-on it seems worth it...

FedEx breh. I don't know what they charge though
ETA: it's about $40 to ship them there so about $80 round trip, but I would trust FedEx with my clubs more than the airlines

To you have a travel case? I put stuff in there with my clubs up at the top to make sure nothing gets f'd up. I think I threw some towels around the club heads last time.

they lost the greens about two weeks ago. Talked to one of the juniors who lives out there and travels all over the damn place to play, and he said they stressed them out and lost them big time!

I can't remember if I posted this about my round out there a few weeks ago but they were losing spots in them on all the holes near the creek especially.
I wonder if they'll have them back for the mid-am in August? Don't really want to spend $200 if they're going to be meh.
