I would play George Wright over anywhere. They rent clubs, I rented mine when I played there. The layout is old as hell but it is well taken care of and in great shape. It's not that long either. When you play it you know you are playing on an ancient track. Check it out.

Iheart, do you know anything about TGW's shipping on custom orders? It says 3-4 week delivery if I get the KK silver 60 instead of the stock shaft.

All that custom stuff is shipped straight from the manufacturer. So it depends on what they have in stock. You should call discount dan's, you can save yourself an extra $20+

$20 bucks isn't the issue as much as time. I will see how long it would take. We have a golf shop here that has them, but I doubt they would change out the shafts fo' free

Friend ordered 3 Deep with Ahina X Stiff from golfballs.com on 5/17 and hasn't gotten it yet. Like iheart said, custom means it's coming from manufacturer and will take longer.

I understand that part, just seems silly that a plug and play shaft would add that much time to the order. It will take Nike literally 45 seconds to put that club together. Unless they are backlogged I don't see how it could take so long, but I guess I will have to wait it out.
ETA: Even though the club is probably coming from Thailand or something, 10 business days tops should be sufficient

I just told him the same thing. It's as if Callaway had to order the shaft before they could install it.
