I love my new driver. I bombed it. Hit probably 60% fairways. And misses werent bad.
Shot a 93 and beat my buddy by two holes and two strokes for the first time ever. I had 3 triples and two of them were dumb.

I was nervous to play with it. It came in the mail today. Took it off every tee. Which I normally take 3W off half the tees. Granted this was a pretty wide open course but still I was very pleased with it. Especially for the first round I've used it. Excited to see what happens when I get used to it.

Actually paid today. I'm back in Chattanooga for a wedding I'm running late to thanks to golf. Played a local public course that was actually in great shape. Best I've seen it. Greens were gorgeous. And they're still on bent. They were quick. I had nice 15 foot birdie drop. Walked that thing in like a boss.
But yeah. Since summer started I've played a lot of golf. Hope I can keep doing it.
Played 18 everyday this week except yesterday.

Weird how not having a driver in your bag messes with you mentally. Got driver reshafted and it wasn't ready in time for today. Played like absolute shite.
