I would probably rather hit a slice. My pulls are usually pull hooks. I can play a slice

Anybody ever dealt with tennis elbow (golf elbow)? I went and played yesterday and got stricken by sharp pain in my right elbow. shite is killing me. I have a tourney this weekend and am worried about it getting too bad to play. Any remedies, advise etc. would be greatly appreciated. Or just call me a pussy and move on if so inclined. tia

take a 2 or 3 lb weight and rotate your wrist (not moving your elbow or shoulder) in a tiny circular motion (counterclockwise)

Short term, put some Icy Hot in your bag.

I had the same thing a few years ago when I played a lot.

Like before I play or start doing this as a daily exercise?

Start taking 4 Motrin every 6 hours around the clock until after your tournament. If they start to bother your stomach, eat a little snack with it. After the tourney, rest it as much as you can. Should heal up with time.

Scoob, how was the Sherwood hike? I'm doing it tomorrow and thinking about walking it for the first time.

It wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Did it twice this week. Started to feel it around #16 each time. But, I haven't really done any exercise in 8 months, so I am pretty out of shape and I was weighing the most I ever have 2 weeks ago (294 lbs).

I'm taking off at 3 for my lesson at 4. First time using a new instructor, Cliff Wagner @ Oakbourne. I've been going to David Gary @ the Wetlands for the last 2 years but I want to get a 2nd opinion on my shitty swing
