There is enough data to suggest that precisely 20 point and 35 point underdogs have a 62% chance of covering. Odd

Unless Gus and Dabo were intentionally holding back on offense last week, a combination of relatively inexperienced QBs and salty defenses makes me think the under may be the play here.

I have never bet in my life and just going on gut feelings. I'm going to track it a few weeks before i start investing, but this will put my pen to paper and keep a record:

Utah - 1
Purdue - 4.5
Indiana - 3
South Carolina +2
Stanford +6.5

Think I'll start with 5, see how I do for 4-5 weeks. probably start with $500 in the account and do $100 on each of 5 games

Texas -26 strangely looks like a value here. UT will run up a big score against SJSU.

does anyone use data from teamrankings.com for pt spread detail? maybe you have something better?

found this last night, you can drill on data going back to 2003.

Pretty cool site.

LSU is 20-11-0 64.5% as a favorite since 2014

Penn St, Auburn, Oklahoma St are my early leans this weekend.

I might play the Texas TT again this week against SJSU. Cincy is also intriguing, that number seems too high

Anyone throw a little insight into the mizzou v usc game? Didn't really watch either last week(or see scores until about 5 min ago to be honest) so seeing mizzou favored is a little surprising.

I like the Clemson/Auburn under 54
Feel like it will be a defensive battle

0-0 for the year (Did not bet last week)

Locked in so far:
OU +7.5 (1u)
Ark ML +140 (0.5u)

Would have picked Miss St at -7 but now, it's at -8 on 5D. Will jump on it later if it gets down to -7 (I'd be violating my 'Never bet on my team' rule though!)

I'm very intrigued by Stanford +7.

I'm sitting at 10-10 YTD, haven't locked anything in yet this week.

Wish I had gotten Oregon early in the week.

What are we thinking about that game now?

My bets for the weekend:

Moneyline:
Ohio @ Purdue -170
WMU @ Mich State -275
Indiana @ Virgina +135
Louisville @ UNC +300
UGA @ Notre Dame +160
S. Carolina @ Mizzou +115

Spread:
FSU -34 v ULM
UNC +10 v L'ville
Clemson +5.5 v Auburn
Ok. State +28.5 v USA
Stanford +6 v USC

O/U:
TCU/Arkansas o59
Stanford/USC o55
Pitt/Penn St u67
Auburn/Clemson o54

The sum of these bets amounts to $80
That's my current strategy.

They both run fast paced offenses that can hit a big play anytime.

73 seems like a high total for an sec game, even if it involves missouri.

Also, tennessee, coming off that monday night crazy game against indiana st, might look there on gameday for a better line

What do you like about UNC? They just lost to Cal at home. If not for a last second touchdown they would have lost by 12. Their QB will either be Brandon Harris who was 7/16 for 60 yards and 2 ints Saturday or RS Freshman Surratt who is more of a running option.

They allowed the Cal qb in his first ever college game to throw for 363 yards and 4 td's. What do you think Lamar Jackson is going to do to them? Plus, this line opened at 5.5 and is now at 10 so you're getting the absolute worst side of this number.

I actually like UNC Money Line here too. Conference Road game and Louisville looked terrible versus Purdue. Harris will have a short leash if he even starts Saturday.
