Where did everyone play this week? Anyone playing this weekend?

Didn't get a chance to play this week, but I am very tempted to ditch work this afternoon to go play hahaha

Playing at River Ridge in Sealy, Tx on Sunday. Dropping the GF at the airport on Saturday and looking forward to two weeks of lots of golf while she is overseas haha

Never played any historic courses... yet.

Got a session with David Gary @ the Wetlands this afternoon... been struggling with the driver lately. We're gonna put my swing on video and take a look at it.

Tomorrow is the big demo day at Oakbourne so I'll probably be out there for a while hitting Rocketbladez lol, then get in a practice round in the afternoon.

Is it open to the public?

Started reading this book this week, and its pretty informative. I decided to skip lunch and go to the range instead. I was hitting the ball much better by focusing on my hands instead of the club face. Took a few swings on each club type to get the feel for it, but I was definitely hitting the ball a lot straighter.

Do you know anything about the new Cleveland RTX wedges? I'm looking to replace my PW (48), 54, & 60 and they look pretty legit with the new faces.

I do not...I hit the 588 wedges a few times and they are legit. It's just hard to go wrong with a Cleveland wedge!

83 yesterday at Santa Maria. Played by myself. Kind of boring, but it was nice day. Got some birdie putts to drop. Birdied 18 after an Eagle putt missed. It was a good way to finish up.

Anybody ever play Ellendale? Is it nice?

I've played in the Ronnie Nye tournament. His dad built my folk's house. They're a good family.

The tournament is fun, but all the kids cheat.
