That ranking uses the human polls and the computer rankings from the BCS. Two of the BCS computer rankings, Colley and Wolfe, have Cincinnati at 5 and 6.

Expand to 8 teams. All 5 winners of major conf champ games get an auto bid. Bring back BCS formula to select two at-large bids plus highest ranked mid major. Playoff Committee will seed the teams and place them in bowl locations.

We need an 8 team playoff. The 4 team playoff only caters to the big time programs
