Want to know why pro baseball sucks?

Because nobody wants to see good defense. Homeruns and even base hits are more entertaining than strike outs. The reason pro football is far more popular now is because of the proliferation of the passing game. Now I said it.

The main reasons I'm not huge on it is because I don't have a team in my city and that there are WAY too many games

Analytics diminishes the viewing experience for me. I can't stand defenses that shift as much as the batters that refuse to hit away from the shifts. Strikeouts, walks, and home runs become mundane. Doubles, triples, and stolen bases make everything more exciting.
