I’m not sure who is better but Waddle was WR1 before he got hurt and has some ridiculous burst and speed. I don’t really blame them

would Smith really have won the Heisman if Waddle didn’t get injured? the answer is no

it’s not that Smith isn’t good, he was just allowed to shine as the only receiver on a the best the team in CFP

if Waddle plays the full season Mac Jones would’ve won the Heisman

I mean Waddle was the #1 before he went down, and I believe was putting up great stats.

Waddle gives you the kick/punt returner aspect on top of being a good route runner. Not to mention the speed sweep option out of the backfield. Multi-dimensional player.

The value of returners in the NFL is almost 0 now. Waddle does have rare exceptional burst though. That's what separates him. And Smith is too small.

Yes because he is the most explosive player in the draft and talented all around. NFL copies each other. This is a we want our own Hill pick. Smith is a great WR but I think his size probably worries teams so they'd rather have the faster small guy

I’m not watching but this makes me think Waddle went EARLY.

Sun God knows.

I told him about both of these fine gentlemen.

That means nothing as far as value

If I’m a defensive coordinator Waddle scares me more.
