And for those saying it's Ward's fault

Stewart has gottenout of his car or approached people in their car just to bitch and act like a hard arse

and if he had gotten killed, it would have been his fault

All the videos posted or pictures of him doing it where in the pit. Not a live track and that's not to mention that he was several feet away from them too.

The sad part is the society we live in. The man just killed someone and ESPN is acting like he's a victim. Saying how it's such a tragedy and they can't imagine what TS is going through.

The frick? How about the dudes family that died
If anyone were commenting truthfully on the actions of the deceased driver (as many in this thread are; including myself), they wouldn't be saying very nice things. Immediately after someone's death is usually not the most sensitive time to be talking about their wrongdoings. I've seen several quotes and comments on ESPN re: thoughts and prayers with the Ward family.

That was the arguement earlier. If TS had run over a pedestrian should it be his fault

NASCAR cars are different than Sprint Cars though. Only a fool would do that around those things.

You're telling me the blur you posted was as close to the guy as TS or 45?

not if the guy in the car sped up a few feet in front of him and hit him head on under a caution.

Your argument has fallen of the track.

Or he could be walking straight down the track. The problem is the LOS with this video. You can't clearly see what you are saying.

The person that leaves their car to walk onto a track is always an idiot, no matter what their name is.
