I don't think he intended to kill the guy, but it's pretty obvious you can see he car accelerate slightly at the same time the sound is heard

He might be, but his expensive lawyer will have him cleared asap. I'm sure that guy broke rules by walking into the track, and the video shows nothing to convict Tony. Most of you guys are window lickers.

The DA is not going to press charges on TS based on that video. Not going to happen. If he tested positive for illegal substance or says he was trying to hit the guy then yeah but not based on the video which clearly shows an irate driver coming at TS.

There was a quarter second between the time Stewart entered the frame and when he hit the guy, how could you tell he sped up?

Just watched the video. While Ward was stupid for getting out of his car in anger, Stewart should have slowed, even stopped. Seemed like Stewart hit the gas and veered toward him. If he doesn't arrested, this is f'ed up. And I could care less about racing.
