Just watched the video and im not sure what to make of it. Im not watching it a 2nd time.

So you don't see every other car in that video stay very low to miss him and the car that is stopped... Every driver in complete control of his machine. Then you don't see Stewart hitting the guy, his car wobbling slightly out of control and drifting up the race track to the point that after hitting the other driver, his car almost hits the crashed car? I'd say based on the behavior of other cars around the crash scene, and the behavior of stewarts, it's pretty obvious he did it on purpose.

It's a manslaughter case. Whether or not he is guilty will be for a jury to decide.

Just watched the video and WTF was that guy thinking?
It looks like he was at fault as much as Tony. Dude was jumping around in the middle of a dirt race track. That's a Darwin move. Sorry but it's true.
I doubt Tony gets charged over it.

There is blame to go around for both. The kid should have never gone walking into the track, he went deep in. TS obviously should have slowed down and not been so high up. Did he try to "scare him"? It looks possible. But they will never convict him on this.

It could've been avoided. Looked like there was plenty of room on the bottom of the track to go around the guy. A driver with as much experience and talent as Stewart has could've easily went around him but he chose to be the dick that he always has been and punch the throttle and get close to the guy.
Yes the kid was a fricking moron for getting out if his car but a lot of the blame lies on Stewart.

Watch the video again. The guy wasn't standing still. He was trying to get close to Tony's car IMO. If not he would have stayed higher by where his car was but he didn't. He came to the middle of the track sort of chasing Tony.

I've watched it several times. I've also been around a lot of dirt track racing and I used to be a TS fan years ago. Meaning I know the attitude this guy has when he's on the track.
Caution was out and Stewart was still going pretty fast when he came back around. The kid was jumping all around the track and walked away from his car but IMO Stewart could've easily avoided him.

I think Stewart just tried to intimidate him and never meant to actually hit him. I have a hard time believing he purposely intended to run someone over.

Watched it one more time and all of you saying the other cars went low to avoid the guy are wrong. The first two cars were low but the car right in front of Tony is about as high on the track as Tony is.

Ward definitely gets closer, but Tony is going too fast IMO.
