I agree with you. The thing is, Tony had no reason to be upset with the guy. That wreck didn't inconvenience him in the slightest.
And by the way, Johnny manziel in a preseason game is a MUCH bigger story than this.

Agreed.
He was probably laughing his arse off that whole lap after bumping the car out of the race. Once he sees dude pointing/yelling, TS's ego/temper clearly gets the best of him. Huge mistake trying to scare that kid and play bully.....now he has to live with this forever.

This is comparable to someone like Albert Belle (can't think of an equally tempermental star in today's game) beating an unknown middle reliever to death in the middle of a game with a baseball bat because the reliever threw at him.

How is it anything other than what I just said?
Ummm in your scenario 100% of people would be saying he was guilty of murder and 100% at fault, ZERO questions asked.

Prison??? He won't even see a courtroom.
unfortunately this... He is gonna get off soooo easy
And why wouldn't charges be brought in front of a grand jury to decide that?

Well, he did it.. So..

Successful people do insane things all the time.
Did Mike Tyson not rape Desiree Washington?
Did Oscar Pistorious not kill Reeve Steenkamp?
Did OJ Simpson not kill Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman?

Saw the video. Tony didn't even touch that guys car. Don't see how anyone is saying he intentionally wrecked him.

We don't live in 18th Century Europe, guys. While I have my doubts about how much time Stewart will serve (if at all), there will be civil suits for years. And there will likely be a serious criminal proceeding as well.
There will be no criminal proceedings based on this video, just a lot of folks jumping to ridiculous conclusions about intent.

Accidentally? Really?
yeah really. The guy was walking around in the middle of a race track.

The fact that the driver was fully aware that he was approaching a moving car and the fact that he was hit by the side of Stewarts car would save Tony. As shitty as it was, it isn't like Stewart blind sided the guy while he was standing in the pit.

The one thing that will get TS besides hitting him, is that he never stopped after he did, you can't tell me that this was just a big accident bc any normal sane human being would have immediately stopped after realizing that they have hit another person, that will be his end not stopping and driving off like nothing happened

Also, didn't last year he seriously injure a 19 year old girl in the same kind of race from an accident that was his fault?
