Exactly. And that leaves Stewart to blame

Didn't say he wasn't a cock sucker. But a guy is now on video moving pretty fast in the direction of his car. He should be fine legally. Which is my only point.

Alright I may have been out of line with that but he seems to be implying that the kid deserved to get hit because he made a dumb decision

I'm implying that his actions directly resulted in his injuries. That is the only factual thing you can conclude from that video. Nobody deserves injury, but your decisions can directly cause it.

Tony Stewart is definitely wrong and at fault here.

That kid shouldn't have gone on the track like that, but TS clearly could've avoided the situation altogether. No need to try and scare the kid and get close like that.

Kid made a dumb move, but TS is 100% in the wrong and to blame.

And Tony Stewart's decisions caused it much more than that kids

Another thing to remember, this happend in the great state of New York, which might handle the situation a little differently than the cops in Vivian, LA would handle it at arklatex.

So you're saying the accident is 100% Ward's fault and 0% Stewart's fault.

At absolute worst Stewart gets the Stallworth treatment.

I don't think anyone really believes Stewart hit the kid on purpose. That would be psychopathic behavior.

But the video and eyewitness accounts clearly show a reckless disregard for human life. Stewart fricked up and a kid might be dead. He should have to face the consequences.

Sad to say for the kid but this is 100% correct

That was pretty much his point ever since the friend gave his account of what happened.

the kid that ran at moving cars

I don't watch nascar, I don't give a frick about tony stewart, and I am not absolving him for anything IF he was trying to scare or intimidate him

whether it happens all the time or not, running into traffic is not a smart idea

From the video all you can tell that stewart did was drive his car and accelerate at some point. There is no proof TS's actions caused it, but there is proof that Ward's did.

Civil suit at most.

You don't lunge at a moving car. Especially one prone to erratic directional shift.
