From things he's done in the past, it doesn't surprise me that he tried to intimidate the kid, but it went wrong.

yeah, I am sure that Tony knows that the cars are harder to control on dirt. Accelerating to avoid him seems kind of stupid.

sprint cars aren't like regular race cars. Very hard to control. As soon as you jump on the gas they want to spin out due to the huge amount of stagger they run.

And I'm sure he already knows that....

Looks like a dump situated between a junkyard and a trailer park with a few 2A high school stadium bleachers on one side.

A lot of dirt tracks sit in area's like that or the middle of nowhere.

As for the area Tony hit him in there is no inside wall so you can turn left and go all the way back to the other end of the track.

But Tony Stewart is a known hot head and there has not been one source to show anything good about Stewart here.

Which sure as shite will not help him if there's a trial of some kind.

Going to be hard to convince a lot of people he didn't do it on purpose. Thats what you get when you are a titanic a-hole.

Im real curious to see the video.

Here's how I see it. Tony wrecks the kid, kid gets out and becomes angry, tony turns to avoid him and get away, but he hits the accelerator to intimidate him. He happened to do it while he was turning away causing the car to hit the kid. Tony is guilty of fricking up and shouldn't have accelerated... but he didn't hit the kid on purpose.

When you sign in to race you sign a giant waiver. Hence why even when people get injured in crashes no charges can be pressed. It'd be really hard for a prosecutor to make a case against him.

How do you steer a jet ski? Sprint cars are similar.

Serious question: if someone hits you on purpose, but they say it was an accident, because you signed the waiver they couldn't press charges against whoever hit you?
