The car in front of Stewart swerved and had plenty of time to see him, I doubt Stewart ever saw the guy obstructed by the previous car. Not sure how anyone thinks its a blatant act on his part.

Not to mention the dirt and dust on the visor. These cars don't have windshields, anything that gets kicked up gets on the driver.
