There is a huge space & after watching the video again the drunk girl is actually using her lower body to prevent him getting to the spot.
He may have brushed her ,but she is basically boxing the guy out with her hip trying to prevent him from getting to the bar.
Unnecessary for her to do as there was plenty of space for them both.
