I don't think Jimbo is losing too much sleep. QB is an easy position to recruit at FSU
Recruiting them is the easy part. Winning with them is what he has trouble with. From 2008-2014 FSU was lead by an eventual 1st round draft pick QB, with only 1 NC to show for it. He basically has to have an elite college QB leading FSU to win big, and having them punch girls in the face and get kicked off the team isn't a good way to bolster that position.

You are an idiot. Letting her punch you in the face instead of simply grabbing her hands is 100% what a dumbass, or blind man would do

Nope.. You still lose.. All he had to do was walk away from a chubby..

You can't grab ANYONE'S hands if they haven't attacked you in any way. You know what its legally called if you touch someone without their permission? Assault. The logic "I think I feel threatened by her/him, therefore I can touch/grab them in any way I feel appropriate" is not a valid defense.
This is not true at all.

Her putting her fists up is assault.

You cannot threaten to punch someone by putting your fists up like that.

He had every right to hold her arms if he felt threatened, and her putting her fists up is certainly (legally) a threatening gesture.

This thread reminds me a lot of the one with the guy kicking and killing the pug that wasn't on a leash.

Same arguments, even.

Jimbo took over a program in absolute shambles. I'm not too shocked he didn't win a title his first few years. What he has done at FSU is remarkable. FSU will always be stacked at QB. And we are now in a position to compete/win for titles

If he actually felt threatened by her then FLa St has more problems than his possible suspension

Which is why I wrote "legally" in there.

but he did grab her hands and then he still got punched, so how again was grabbing her the correct thing to do? Your saying doing the hand grabbing would have spared the situation but he did grab her and it still ended badly. Check yo logic phool.
He let go fool. Check yo logic. Like I said, I would have grabbed her hands and offered to buy her a drink while apologizing even if I had done nothing wrong. It really isnt hard to deescalate a fight with a girl at a bar

Yeh she was fighting to get out his hold. Prolly cause he was being a dumbass talking shite while holding her. If he would have just checked his pride and apologized regardless of fault while holding her it would have been fine.

Oh frick you Are you telling me you would actually feel threatened by that girl.. Imagine your the starting QB for Fla St.

My god.. some of you guys and your love of thinking someone is trying feel tough is laughable.. Give it rest.. We arent cut from the same cloth as I grew up that punching a girl is off limits and if I get my arse whipped because of that..oh well.. This case is the exact reason why that lesson was learned.. No matter what is stated or shown on a video... You lose

"Hey sorry I am just trying to get to this Spot let me buy you a drink on my tab(that is likely on the house)"

With his hands up and nothing happens.

I would not feel threatened in the least bit. Im still not going to let her hit me in the face when I can prevent it with a little hand holding an apology

bitch had it coming if you ask me. It looked like she wouldn't let him get to the bar. Then she hit him first, she's lucky it wasn't worse.

I wouldn't necessarily feel threatened, but a crazed drunk girl with jewelry and long fingernails can do some damage.
