I don’t think it’s clear that the ball is still in his possession when the knee touches. The announcers seem so certain of it.

How are Perreira and the other “experts” always wrong. It was immediately obvious that wasn’t getting overturned.

While it’s safe to assume his knee was down before the ball was stripped, there still needs to be indisputable video evidence of the knee being down. They didn’t have that.

I didn’t think any angle was conclusive that the ball carrier still had clear possession when his knee was down.
