It's absolutely wild that the #6 seed, 3rd best team in the Big 10, caught the easiest draw of anybody. Frickin SMU and Boise State.
1 Oregon has to play Ohio State.
2 Georgia has to play Notre Dame
Those 4 teams got completely screwed drawing each other before the semis.
5 Texas had Clemson and then Arizona State (2nd easiest path)
The 5 and 6 seeds, while having to play a play in game, have MUCH easier paths to the semifinals than the 1 and 2. Gotta find a better way to seed the teams going forward.
